- My grandpa had passed away recently and it has made me upset but I wanted to do something to remember my favorite memories with him, and thats when I thought... I could do a comic strip and it could be my English prompts for the week!
- So the first memory I want to share is my favorite. My grandparents use to live in Connecticut two or three years ago and we would go to visit them a lot during the summer. And when we went to visit my grandpa would always bring us on walks and we would eat frozen grapes. There was a coupe "trails" around his neighborhood and we would pick one of those to walk-on.
- The next memory is from one of the trails we went on... this trail was probably 3-4 streets away from his house but we liked going down this trail because at the end my grandpas old school was there. My grandpas old school was now a day care because it was so old and small. This means though infront of it were playgrounds that we got to play on and use and on top of that no-one went there to play so we got all to ourselves.
- In my grandparents old house they use to have two recliner chairs in their family room. My siblings an I use to fight over who got to sit in the chairs because they were super comfy. But after we resolved who sat there we would play games. Our favorite game to pay was "lets go fishin' "
- One more off favorite memories while my grandparents lived in Connecticut was when we hd nice weather we would all run around their house playing tag or hide-n-seek. It was a lot of fun because my grandpa would play sometimes or help us hide, and their house had like a path around it to run around.
- There are so many more memories I could share too but I wanted to do one from one of the last times I got to see him which was in November in South Carolina. We went down for thanksgiving and stayed in a hotel and at the hotel there was a pool so one of the last couple of days we we were there we all went swimming. It was a lot of fun and we all got to swim with our grandpa.
