- King Acrisius consulted an oracle to find out if he would everhave a child. He was told that he would have a daughter and a grandson. However, his grandson will end up killing him.

- He became paranoid after knowing the oracle. When he had a daughternamed Danae. He locked her into an underground jail that was protected with brass walls. He sent Danae in jail to keep out any man from her. But heforgot to worry about the gods.

- Zeus, the king of Greek Gods, was interested in beautiful women like Danae. One day, he transformed himself into a golden rain and came to the underground prison.

- After a few months, Danae gave birth to her son. She kept it a the secret to his father and no one knew that Zeus was the father of the young child.

- However, there's no secret will keep unfolding. King Acrisius find outthat he had a grandson. Instead of killing the baby, he decided to send them away so that the prophecy couldn't come true. He has a special ark built wherein Danae and her son put in then send it into the sea.
- The ark found in Seriphos island by Dictes, a fisherman. He took them both and named the baby, Perseus. Perseus grew strong and brave like his father, Zeus.
