- Academic Dishonesty Your ILA teacher assigns your class 10 questions to answer individually before class tomorrow. Tommy and Chuckie decided to each do 5 questions and then swap answers that evening after they finish.
- Tommy says to chuckie quietly " Hey chuckie let's split the ten questions Mrs.Ross told us about and swap answers at my house. Be sneaky"
- Later at Tommy's House
- Hey Chuckie. Me Tommy's dad were just heading out for dinner. Bye, oh and there is some food in the fridge for you guys.
- They discuss the answers and Tommy's mom comes back and hears them she tells the teacher about them.
- The teacher knows about what they did and lectures them about cheating. They learn there lesson
- Would you consider this cheating? Why or why not? No, because then I would get a grade and I knew it was not a grade that I earned myself.Who is cheating in your scenario? Tommy and Chuckie my classmates How did they cheat? Explain. They each had to do ten-question by themselves but they split ten questions five five. How would you handle this situation if you were placed in this situation? I would not cheat and do the questions by myself.
