- In other words, the ball is in motion and the unbalanced force, which is the net causes the ball to stop.

- The ball was at rest, and you are the unbalanced force. The ball was originally at rest but you, the unbalanced force, applied a force to the ball causing it to move.
- So basically, the ball didn't stay at rest because it was interrupted by an unbalanced force.

- Wow! Sir Isaac Newton is so smart to come up with the Law of Inertia.
