  • Next is, Classical theory. What is classical management?
  • It emphasizes employees' physical needs over job satisfaction or social needs. This theory holds that these physical needs can be met through income and monetary incentives and uses the opportunity for wage increases to motivate employees.
  • Next is, behavioural theory. what is behavioural theory?
  • Behavioral management theory relies on the notion that managers will better understand the human aspect to workers and treat employees as important assets to achieve goals. Management taking a special interest in workers makes them feel like part of a special group.
  • it is alsooften called the human relations movement because it addresses the human dimension of work
  • The modern management theorybelieves that employees work for numerous reasons, including to achieve satisfaction, happiness and desired lifestyles. With this theory, managers understand employees' behaviors and needs and can implement strategies to meet those needs and support their skill development over time.
  • Last but not the least is, Modern management theory. And I will be the one explaining it.
  • For example, a manager that uses the Modern Management Theory will look at a development such asworking from home on two fronts. They will analyze the costs and benefits of having employees work from home, and they will also ask individuals how working from home benefits their own lifestyle
  • This is the evolution of management through all the years. these are all the theories on managing a certain organiztion or any company. that will be all for today thank you for discussing it with me
