  • Jason returns home to his Father's court stolen by his Uncle Pelias who had ruthlessly taken the throne of Thessaly from Jason's grandfather. Pelias sends Jason on a seemingly impossible mission to steal the golden fleece from King Aeetes of Colchis. Only once Jason returned with the fleece would Pelias give the throne back to Jason.

  • Great King, may I please have thy cherished fleece.
  • No fool asks for my fleece, he will surely die in these impossible trials! MWAHAHAHAHA
  • Take these vials and complete thy trials, but to complete the trials above you must give me your love!
  • After hearing of Jason's mission, the gods decided to help him along his journey. These gods name themselves the Argonauts after the ship they will use to sail to Colchis.
  • WOW! To you I pronounce my vows!
  • Along their journey, Jason and the Argonauts would face serious challenges. They overcame these together though, unfortunately losing members and confidence along the way.
  • Leave at once for you are killers and shall not be forgiven!
  • Jason arrives at Colchis and approaches the king as his first idea was to just simply ask the king to have this golden fleece. Infuriated, the king responds by telling him in order to earn this fleece, he must overcome three very dangerous challenges.
  • King Aeetes' daughter Medea had other plans though, as she had fallen in love with Jason. In the middle of the night, Medea encountered Jason and gave him three vials and trinkets, each of which would help to beat a trial. In order for these though, Jason had to promise a life of eternal devotion to Medea, and so he did.
  • After completing all three trials, Jason had run away with the golden fleece and Medea to get back to Thessaly and regain the throne from his uncle. Furious about being betrayed, Aeetes sends his son to retrieve the fleece and Medea, when Jason kills him. They sail away washing up on shore to find Medea's aunt, Circe looking at them. Medea asks for help from Circe who responds by telling them their deeds are bloody and no so easily forgiven.
