I feel the worst, I don't know why I am feeling sad and tired today and I can't control my emotions.
Nothing really happened , I just suddenly got these emotions.
Did something awful happened lately?
Well if that's the case, we should find you a professional therapist that could help you cope up.
A therapist? I'll try but, I thought therapist' are for crazy people?
No, therapy is for anyone who has mental and emotional problems.
Have you been eating properly these days?
Oh now I know now, But I've been feeling weak for the past few days
Maybe that's the reason why you're feeling drained and sad today.
Come to think of it, I am eating poorly these past few days.
Maybe it is the reason why I'm feeling sad.
You should always remember that having good nutrition is always important, because it helps our mind focused as well as your body
