- I attended Rhodes College, majoring in English lit. and minoring in French and graduating with a bachelor of arts in ‘94. As well as Notre Dame Law School, graduating in 1997 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.).

- I'm not sure what exactly made President Trump nominate me but my experience as a court judge and professional background seemed to check all the boxes.

- I'm conservative, went to college (degrees), and has many years of legal work under my belt. One of my biggest cases was Bush v. Gore, so experience working with a president is nothing new for me.
- What are some of my views? I don't respect the constitutional right to an abortion and think that Roe vs. Wade should be overturned. I'm for depriving millions of Americans the access to health insurance coverage and willingly against efforts of having all women have access to contraceptives. I also sided against African American workers in the case of Auto Zone in which the company practiced racial segregation. I think the best course of action for the Age Discrimination in Employment Act is to reduce protection for older/elderly job applicants.
