- Hi! You must be new. I'm Ashley
- Hi! I'm Eve. I just transferred here because I was having trouble at my old school. Everyone here has been great so far! The teacher told me she's here for me no matter what I need.
- Just like your parents, I want to help you succeed. Part of that is having good communication. That is why I am sending home directions to join the ClassDojo and Google Classroom.

- Welcome back students! My name is Ms. Javid and I am so excited to meet all of you. It is my job as your teacher to make sure you are able to do your best this year!
- Be kind to everyone!
- In the monthly newsletter, there is a section dedicated to you. That means you can submit your own writing, perhaps a personal narrative, for all your classmates to read. Similarly, their is a Parent's Corner for your parents to share their voice!
- I'm going to write about my trip this summer!
- Your parents can partipate in the kindness chain activity by sending in pictures of you and your family spreading kindness in your community.

- The theme of our nesletter for September is Be Kind. Throughout the month, we'll talk about why and how we can be kind to each other.

- I have spoken to all of your parents about our outdoor Meet Greet afterschool this afternoon. I can't wait to see you all with your families!
