  • Yes sir! ,Proactive communications is a customer relationship lifecycle strategy used to increase customer loyalty. It is related to the organizational psychology term proactivity, which states that individuals should act based on anticipatory behavior rather than reacting to situations
  • Do you know what is proactive communication?
  • Yes sir! Consider an organization has given a project for us to work on which has the deadline tomorrow but the workload is too big to finish before the deadline.
  • Can you give me a real-time example?
  • If we didn't use the proactive communication here then, we can't able to finish the work in time and the product result mustn't be satisfied. Since we used it, now we have both confidence , time and potential to finish the given work
