- In a world full of mysteries where fireman's start fire instead of putting them out. Where reading or having books is banned and are burned by firemen.

- On a late night as Montag is going for some fresh air he meets a women name Clarisse. After having a good conversations with her he realizes how they instantly connect. However, just one question she asked was a life changing question which allowed Mantag to come to question his life and profession.

- After being caught in her house reading and having so many books even though its illegal she refuses to get out of her house knowing they will be set on fire. Allowing herself to pick her own destiny she sets herself and her books on fire. This opened Montag eyes to think what are in those books that would make someone do this?
- What if Beatty comes back he's going to burn us!!!

- After what happened last night Montag claims that he feels "sick" so he doesn't want to go to work but under his pillow is the stolen book which is holding him back from getting up.

- As Montag and his wife got in a little argument Beatty ended up showing up at their house. After they let him inside he had a little talk with Montag but he has suspicions that Montag had stolen a book. So he told him it was normal for a firemen to think about their life choices but as long as it's burn in 24 hours they would be fine.
- When Beatty left Montag confessed to his wife that he had a hidden secret. After he told her that he has 20 books she started freaking out thinking Beatty would come back and set them on fire. Montag told her that he wanted her to read with him and after they would burn it together.
