  • A stab wound, or puncture wound, is caused by a pointed object, typically having a sharp tip, when the object is forced into the skin (and underlying tissues) with the direction of the force in a more-or-less perpendicular angle with the skin.

  • Over the shoulder shot to imitate the characters perspective and follow him walking into the police department creates a sense of verisimilitude (realism) and the audience feel entertained as they are at the forefront of the crime..narrative man walking in to report an assault he witnessed while passing the police department.

  • Longshot/Two shot shows the audience what is going on where they can understand and empathise with the characters as they can see how they are feeling.narrative young, innocent girl has been stabbed, conventionally she is vulnerable due to a disability and unfortunately did not make it

  • two shot/long shot allows audience to see how characters are feeling where they are able to then understand them and get a sense of whats going on so they feel entertained as well as informed.Narrative police investigators have arrived at the scene to investigate the situation in attempt to find the culprit.
  • 6. extreme close up
  • establishing shot allows audiences to feel on edge as there is mass action as the criminal is on the loose without being restrained which causes a sense of alarm for the audience.narrative sirens playing, lights flashing the police officer is chasing the criminal in order to take it down he eventually catches up to him and arrests him.
  • wide shot shows the audience what is in the room as well as two shot where the audience can see how both characters are feeling and see through their emotionsnarrative police investigation is underway when the truth is revealed that in fact the detective is wrong, he has caught the wrong culprit and there is a plot twist...
  • you were still speeding! that is an offence
  • extreme close up demonstrates the characters sheer panic as they are taken into the characters intimate space and see through their emotions.narrative the detective is stunned by his discovery as he is yet to fear the worst as his findings were incorrect and the killer is still on the loose...
