Should homework be banned?

I wish homework was banned..
Why? It is a great way for us to learn.
Because It takes away our ability to be kids and have time for ourselves.
So? Would you rather have a good childhood and no future because you learned nothing in school?
That's not the point i'm trying to make. I'm saying that we should have time to do all of our homework in schools so that if you have extra activities outside of school, you can do them without worrying how late you will be up doing the work.
But that doesn't excuse the fact that we need knowledge to have a future. School gives us that by challenging us with real life challenges.
For example, in school you learn not to stand right in the middle of the road. So you don't get hurt.
Well, I was just letting you walk in front like a gentleman. THAT you don't learn in school.
You don't learn that in school because you learn stuff that actually matters.
So knowledge is more important that manners? With manners you can go very far in life. Like With knowledge.
I agree but we don't have to ban homework. We could have some way at the end of school to do it there. But if you don't finish, you do it at home.
Yes! But exclude the part about doing at home.
