- Jack's Story
- Students, today Jack is going to tell us a story. You can begin Jack.
- I'll begin teacher.
- There was once a flock of sheep which was owned and looked after by a shepherd. One day a sheep got stuck in the hedge. She started bleating loudly. She was seen by a girl who was walking to school.
- The girl quickly realised the situation. She ran towards the sheep and gently pulled it out of the hedge. The sheep happily ran off to join her flock. The girl realised that there was a hole in which the sheep had got stuck and the others could get stuck too. She started to think of an idea to block the hole. Bingo! She found her answer. She stuffed the hole with some twigs that were lying around. ''This should take care of the problem'' she thought to herself. She then told the shepherd about the hole. He thanked her and then the girl continued on her way to school.
- Very good Jack! I want all of you to write and tell one story on Wednesday. Write this homework down in your notebooks.
