Hi Im Dylan, and I am going to help you learn about Matter!
There are two types of changes that can happen chemical and Physical. Some examples of physical changes are water turning to ice, crushing a can, and breaking glass. There are also physical properties like density color and hardness.
The other type of change is chemical change. Some examples of chemical changes are frying a egg, burning wood, and cooking. There are also chemcial properties like flammability, toxicity, and reactivity
There are three different states of matter. They are solid, liquid, and gas. Water often goes trough all three states of matter.
There are also things called mixtures which is the combination of two substances that arnt chemically joined. Some examples are sugar(which is homogenous) and blood(which is heterogenous.)
Pure substances are something made of only one type of atom molecule. An example of a element is gold. An example of a compound is water
Thanks for li.stening and I hope you learned something
