  • Ancient Egypt had a sophisticated social hierarchy. Their were six gradations in Egyptian civilization to arrange the power of the populace. Slaves, craftsmen, merchants, scribes, farmers, soldiers, and government officials were all governed by strict social and legal structures. The bottom level, the peasants, were the largest social class and were the workers that were the farmers and construction workers. The Pharaoh and Government Officials were the most powerful and wealthy, and the rest were their entourage.

  • Interference
  • Peasants and slaves were the proletarians and had a very hard and arduous life and were haggard because of all the work and because they were flailed and beaten by soldiers if they ever made a mistake or the work was askew because the soldiers were rigorous in their work and slaves shouldn't be fallible. Slaves were beaten even more if they weren't stoic and continued to work. They had to carry large stones and incise hieroglyphics into stones and create status.

  • The most important people or roles were the pharaohs, who were the ancient Egyptian rulers, were seen as oracular people, and were both the heads of state and the religious leaders of their people. There was no one who could disobey the pharaohs and never did anything to thwart the pharaohs. Ancient Egyptians worshipped gods such as Ra, who wore the sun in his crown. During the solstice, they would decorate their houses with green palms to celebrate Ra's triumph over illness and death, welcoming the growth of life in the summer.

  • To stop the interference the teacher said her instructions in English for her students to understand.
