The Deer was running for his life, scared as to what the Lion would do.
Like every day, the Lion would chase any deer which crossed his path. But little did he know that this Deer would save his life.
Finally the Deer was safe on the other side of the river. It found a nice shady place where he laid, keeping a close eye on the Lion.
As the Deer ran through a creek the ginormous cat gave up and fell asleep on the waters edge.
"Something doesn't feel right" described the Deer. CRACK! In the distance noises of foot steps could be heard.
In the distance there was a man slowly walking towards the lion with a rifle strapped to his arm. However, the Deer is safe as the trees block the Hunters vision.
"Pssst, Lion, over here" desperately called the Deer.
The Hunter continued to walk closer and closer to the lion becoming dangerously close.
The Deer made the selfless decision to get the Lions attention by swimming towards it.
Like predicted, the Lion pounced at the Deer once again chasing the Deer.
Lion didn't know why the Deer would run in front of him like that. However, the Deer continued to run away with out explaining himself, as that's who he was, a selfless dear.
The Deer's plan had worked and at last the Lion was safe, far away from the Hunter.
Nothing was working. The Lion was in a deep sleep and could not hear the Deer.
