  • The grand jury decided not to indict the officer for shooting Khalil .Me and the community are looking for justice for Khalil. I wanted to speak out and defend my best friend. Yes, Khalil was put in adult situations and had to make some adult decisions at a very young age. However it doesn't change the fact that he was an unarmed black teenager who was shot and killed by a white officer who assumed that a hairbrush was a gun. I just want people to understand Khalil was a breathing, walking, talking human being that didn't deserve any of that.
