In Katniss's dream, it says on page 86 she sees, "the face of the redheaded girl" I think she sees this in her dream because the girl reminds the of her friend from her district, Delly Cartwright.

On page 86, it says Katniss sees, "my mother withdrawn and unreachable, with Prim emaciated and terrified." I think this is referring to their reaction when Katniss's father died.
On page 86, it says Katniss sees, "gory images from the previous Hunger Games" I think she sees this because she'll have to experience the Hunger Games herself.

In her dream on page 86, it also says, "screaming for my father to un as the mine explodes." I think this is in her dream because she is still affected by her father's death.
On page 5 it says, "he was blown to bits in a mine explosion. This is talking about how Katniss's father died.
