- I´m glad i have my good wig on, now I can get to work.
- Louis XIV was a monarch for 72 years, for most of the days he followed this schedule with the utmost etiquette all day. he had several mistresses, many had children who were later legalized. He died of gangrene in 1715 he tenacity became at the age of 4, he also married his 1st cousin. the state of Louisiana is named after him.

- 8:15 he would wake each morning, he would have a cup of wine and go to mini mass while still in bed, the king would become presentable while a surgeon would give him a check-up, he would sit on the toilet while a barber combed his beard and put on his morning wig up to hundreds of servants would help him dress.
- Dinner
- Go faster, I've barely had any food today
- The king would have a form of tea for breakfast around 9 while his watch was checked and he pick out the menu for the day. He would also have his barber put on his proper wig. The king would lead a procession to the king's chamber then at 10 he would attend Mass. After mass at 11, he would begin his 2-hour work with the council of minsters, gardeners, finance council, or affairs conference depending on the day.
- End of the Day
- Finally I can rest, wait why are there so many people in my room?
- At 1 pm lunch would be served usually in private but he would always be working in one way or another finally in the afternoons he got to enjoy himself, he usually hunted and sometimes brought a friend. Around 5 he would grab a snack and possibly attend church.
- At about 7 he would go relax, listing to music and maybe play cards. then at 10, he would eat the biggest meal of the day, people would wait till he was seated to sit and he had a taster for each meal and drink.
- Finally around 11:30 he would return to his chambers, the room would be crowded, the highest honor of holding the candle for the king would happen now because of the darkness.
