I always make sure to have good hygiene for myself to eradicate some pathogens that I may have contact with. Also, I disinfect different surfaces that are commonly used or touched.
As much as possible, I am not touching nor playing with dirt, puddles, and earthy kinds of stuff around. Because they're maybe animal droplets (feces, semen, etc.) that are somehow contaminated with communicable diseases.
If I am in crowded places, I will observe proper cough and sneeze etiquette to prevent the transmission of pathogens (if I have any) to other people.
I am sometimes avoiding sharing my personal belongings because it has been in contact with me and it can cause transmission of communicable diseases.
If I am tasked to cook, then I make sure to prepare the raw foods neatly and safely and cook them thoroughly to avoid the spread of unwanted diseases (i.e. salmonellosis).
Presuming that I am not feeling well, then I'm just staying at home and resting myself. For me not to spread viruses and bacteria to other people.
