  • As you have been known I am one of the complex parts of molecules and support most parts of the human body. I also support the body so that it's working the way it should really be working. I help form tissues to nails and everything. I might probably be something that is making you who you are. By the way, you can help my system by eating things that rich in protein such as beef, peas, etc.

  • Another type of molecule, I am composed of nucleotide chains and can be any kind of original acid. Such as DNA and RNA. I am made up of 3 components: a 5-carbon sugar, a phosphate group, and a nitrogenous base. I can be found in cells and viruses. I have to deal with the storage and expression of genetic information. DNA encodes the information of the cell and commands it to produce proteins. You can support me by eating high RNA-equivalent content food like broccoli and cereal.

  • As another member of the molecule, I am known as fat, I have to store the energy and supply them to the places that need energy. I play a significant part of the human body because if a human doesn't have enough lipid aka fat in the body, they tend to get cold sooner. Lipid cushions vital organs and regulate hormones. Foods such as salmon, chocolate, avocado, etc... help me do my job better since the food are rich in Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats and they are known as "good fat".
  • I am pretty much the main energy supplier for the whole body. I make energy from the glucose that has been inserted, and I deliver the energy that I have created to the places that need energy. I also store the energy and spare protein and fat for other uses. Foods such as corn, bread, milk, beans, etc.. or foods that have neutral sugars, fibers, and starches help me do my job better.
  • As a team, the Molecule Gang works the best to help people stay healthy and happy.
