- Welcome to today's city hall meeting...
- Setting the scene (Zoom out shot): Mrs. A will stand outside a building to establish that she is outside of a city hall meeting. The goes inside to sign up on the sign-up sheet to speak and also gave a short description of her topic.
- I cannot stand the Johnson's RV being parked on the street! It takes up so much space and what an eye sore! They need to....
- Zoom Out: Mrs. A being excited and explaining in a internal monologue about her mail-in ballot box suggestion and how she cannot wait to share her idea in a city hall meeting because she thinks it is a progressive, beneficial change that she is trying to make.
- Zoom in: Have a city hall council member open the city hall meeting and short explanation of how people will be called up one at a time, to the council's discretion to air their grievances.
- Alright, everyone it time to end the meeting if you didn't get to speak you can try next month but we really only give time to topics that align with our agenda.
- Zoom In: Leading councilman will call up different names and the shot will focus on 3-4 people droning on about trivial issues, the length of city people's complaints will be shown by shot of a clock's time elapsing.
- Zoom in: Mrs. A having internal dialogue. She is frustrated and doesn't know why she hasn’t been called up to speak yet.
- Zoom out: Mrs. A disappointedly walks out and is angry that she was never able to share her idea just because the Republican-dominated council will not allow her to share a good idea because it helped democrats win the last election. (Republican council will be implied by city destination of Burleson, TX)
