  • In 1543 Nicolaus Copernicus published his heliocentric theory showing that the sun is the center of the universe and every planet in the solar system including the earth orbit around the sun. Which goes against the geocentric earth center of the sun theory people had believed in for hundreds of years.

With the purpose of the society to bring together the greatest scientific mind to investigate the physical world and made development in science to benefit the humanity.

In the Philosophia Naturalis Principa of Mathematica Newton lay out his law of gravitation, law of motion, and an extension of Kepler's law of planetary motion. This publication by Newton had marked the end of the Scientific Revolution.
