  • Oh! How I long for my Romeo. I cannot wait for the night when I can see my dear husband Romeo and he can be in my arms!
  • Oh, nurse! Have'st though heard from dear Romeo?
  • Oh, Juliet. He is dead! Dead I say. He has been killed.
  • Nurse! How horrible. Who could commit such a horrible offense?
  • Oh Romeo, Romeo, Romeo!
  • Is my Romeo gone? Was he slain? If my love is passed on, then say the sound "Ay." If he is still alive "No." If thou shall say "Ay" I shall leave the earth with my love. If though begin to mutter "I", I will be devastated.
  • Was it not Romeo slain? Was it Tybalt? 'Twas my dear 'coz or my dear husband killed?
  • 'Twas Tybalt slain, and Romeo banishéd. 'Twas that awful Romeo who took the life of dear Tybalt. Shame be to Romeo for killing our Tybalt!
  • I saw the body-- a sword through the heart. A horrible sight. Oh, poor, poor Tybalt. A great man and dear friend was he.
  • Dare you speak that way of my husband! Romeo is not a shameful lad. Rather, his brow wears the shame.
  • That lad just so be'ith by husband. And, if Romeo had'st not slain Tybalt, Tybalt would'st have slain Romeo.
  • How can thou speak so highly of a lad who hath slain dear Tybalt?
  • Oh, nurse. How I wish to see my love, Romeo. Here my wedding bed without my wed.
  • Oh, please find him!
  • I am upset by the passing of thy Tybalt, but thy banishment of dear Romeo upsets me more. My husband is banishéd! O, where are my mother and father?
  • I will fetch thy Romeo from Friar Lawrence's cell. He will be here tonight.
  • Mourning Tybalt.
