- Oh! That must be what you said earlier! I've heard the name Antonius a lot before, but never Antonia! What's the difference?
- Yes, I am a Roman! My name is Antonia.
- That's really interesting! That must mean that most of the most of the Roman Emperors I've heard of are male. Like Elagabalus--it ends in -us!
- That's right! Actually they were all male, but sometimes they had nicknames. Elagabalus was a pretty crazy emperor! I went to one of his dinner parties once and was attacked by a lion!
- Well, with Roman or Latin names, we usually end names in -a if it is a girl, or in -us if it is a boy!
- Wait-- your great grand father? are you a specter or a ghost or something?
- GAHHH! That's terrifying! Were they all like that?
- No, not all of them! Some of them did really impressive things that still impact your life today! Emperor Hadrian built a wall when my great grandfather was little, and it's still standing!
