- her father was a teacher and ran a girls school in the village malala loved school but everything changed when the taliban took over there town in swat valley the extremists banned many things like owning a telivison, playing music and had harsh punishments for thoose who broke the rules And they said girls could no longer go to school.

- Malala spoke out publciy on behalf of girl and there right to learn and this made her a target oher way home from school, a masked gunmanboarded the school bus and asked, “Who is Malala?” He then shot her on the left side of her head.
- Malala won a nobel peace price and wasthe youngest ever nobel laureate
- she began studying philosophy,polictcs and economics at the university of oxford and graduated in 2020
- everyday she continues to fight to ensure all girls recive 12 years of free qaulity educationshe travelsto many countries to meet girls fighting poverty, wars, child marriage and gender discrimination to go to school.
