  • Agnes is stressed over schoolwork and stays up late yet another night to get everything perfect, ensuring her A in the assignment.
  • Making a plan

  • On the bus ride to school the next morning, she is feeling down and more worried than normally. To find an answer to why, she decides to google on stress and ends up on the Youth Portal. She quickly navigates to the self-tests as she wants to know why she is feeling this way.
  • Testing and evaluating the activity
  • How relaxing!
  • After watching movies about stress and recovery, she starts to believe that maybe her life is unbalanced and decides to take the test "Do you need more recovery?" to confirm it. She finds out that she needs more recovery and is relived that she can get help adding more recovery, to start feeling better.
  • Evaluating stress levels & maintaining behavior
  • Still on the bus, she takes the test "What could recharge your mind?" as she is eager to make a plan for more recharging activities. At the end of the test, she decides to take a walk three times a week for the next two weeks.

  • After school, she starts off her new plan by going for a walk. When she gets back home, she visits the Youth Portal to get help evaluating it by taking the test "How well is your recharging activity working?" . Indications are good and she decides to continue with her plan.

  • RESULTSIt looks like going for walks is working for you!
  • At the end of the two week period, Agnes takes the test "Do you need more recovery?" to check how adding the walks have affected her stress levels. Adding the walks seems to have lowered her stress and she decides to continue with her new habit!
