- Anne
- Here is when Mr Cuthbert \ Mathew meets Anne for the first time. He went to the train station to pick up a boy but there is no boy, just Anne. He goes and talks to the station master and asks where his boy is but the station master says that there was only Anne. Mr Cuthbert did not have the heart to tell her that she was not the chilled he was looking for so he took her home. On the ride home she talked a lot and was very happy that someone wanted her. Mathew didn't mind her talking and actually liked her company. When they went home Mrs Cuthbert was not happy. They let Anne stay the night and the next morning he went back and then Mrs Cuthbert let Anne go on trail. After a week they adopted Anne.
- a week or two later Anne and Miss Cuthbert go over to the Barry's — the girls of the family had tea with Anne and Miss Cuthbert, there was Mrs Barry, Diana the girl Anne's age, and the littlest one, mini may was 3 years old— for tea. the Barry's had a girl Anne's age so they invited them to tea. after tea Anne and Diana went on a walk throgh the barry's appel orched. they promest to be each others only Bosseming friend. from that day fored they were best friends for ever. then they had a fun time together.
- one day Miss had to go to a meeting with her group she was in. she would not get back until late at night so she told Anne what to do for tea and dinner. then she told Anne that she could have tea with Diana that afternoon. Anne was so happy and exited " you can also have a little glass of the Raspberry Cordial that is in the pantry" Anne never got to have raspberry cordial;she only had it on special occasion s like this one. an huher before Diana came over Anne had set up the table very nicely and then she looked in the pantre for the cordial she found a bootel with red lequed on it and asuemed it was the cordial. when Diana arived Anne pot on the tea and welcomed Diana in. then Diana had a few cups of the cordial and then she didn't feel very good after so she went home. then when miss cuthbert got home the next day Anne told her what happend and then miss cuthbert looked at the bottle and said that it was wine and that Diana had gotten drunk.
- one night Diana came runing ti Anne's house. when she got there she went to Annes room to get her. then she told her that mine may was very sick and she needed Annes help. then Annes wok up miss Cuthbert to tell her to go get the docter that was in town. then the two girls wen to dianas huose. then Anne helped Mine may get beter but she was not getting any better. the she started to chock on some of the fleme that was stuck in her throt. Anne put her on half on the tabel on her tummy and then when she coght she felt so much better. when the docter got there he thanked Anne because minne may could have died.
- Anne was playing truth or dear tuth her friends and on of them dared her to walk acros the top on this thing. then Anne fell and brock her ancol. she had to miss lots of school and when she got back Gilbert - her worst ename- was a haed of her in class witch made her very mad.
- Anne keept seing Gilbert when she was walking around town often. she felt bad for all the things that she had done and siad to him over the years. then one day she went up and talked to him and asked if they could be friends now. he siad yes and now they were not worst enames anymore.
