- In the Beginning of the story, Mary Maloney is youthful, pregnant woman in 1900's, waiting for her husband to come home.

- Wow, This dinner is really good!
- I still wonder who the killer is though...

- In a fit of shock, Mary Maloney kills her husband with the piece of meat she was going to prepare for dinner.

- Mary leaves the body, and goes out for groceries. When she returns, she acts distraught to find her husband dead, and calls the police.

- When the Police arrive, Mary acts innocent, and eventually convinces them to have some of the Lamb she prepared, completely covering her tracks.
