Just always check in and ask if someone looks worried or stressed.

you can do what ever you hobbys are even if it is alone or with friends it will make you happy and move your attention away from the stress.

Go with them to walks or outdoor activities for fresh air and for air to get to there brain to calm them down.
Always acknowlage if they have gotten better and remind them if they ever need help you are there for them.
