- In the story Harrison Burgeon, there are two types of people. Those who stand by and are okay with the wrong in life, and those who take action. I think the author was trying to tell us that it is okay to be different,#160; and to except the flaws of humanity. However, that doesn't mean to just stop striving for a better future. It is also#160; important#160; to not be a scary change of nature.#160;
