- 1st Amendment
- I'm not allowed at the party because I am Jewish.

- 3rd Amendment

- 4th Amendment
- I need to search your car, I don't care if I don't have probable cause.
- You can't do that thanks to the 4th amendment which prohibits unreasonable searches of cars
- The first amendment with the rest of the bill of rights was passed unanimously! This amendment gave the rights to peacefully assemble and protest as well as the freedom of religion, speech, and press.
- 5th Amendment
- You are being fined 30,000 for stealing this bag of chips from Lays.
- All I did was steal a bag of chips! You can't do that thanks to the 5th amendment. You must give me a more reasonable punishment
- Hmmmmm. What's this new jury duty thing that I have to go to?
- The third amendment repealed the quatering act, in which soldiers had the right to stay in a citizen's house and have the right to all the food.
- 7th Amendment
- According to the 7th amendment, you have to go to court and there will be a case and you have to decide what the final verdict is
- The 4th amendment prevents unreasonable searches of property without a warrant or probable cause.
- 8th Amendment
- I need money and I am in the government so I am taxing all of you. Pay up
- The 5th amendment justifies how criminal behavior should be handled reasonably. So, essentially, the punishment must fit the crime.
- The 7th amendment states that any citizen can get chosen at any time by a mail card to go to court and do their jury duty.
- The 8th amendment prohibits the government from taxing citizens unnecessarily at any given time.
- Actually, I will not be paying you and no one else here will. According to the 8th amendment you are not allowed to tax me without any reason.
