I’ve been there. I also feel fidgety during the early stages of the pandemic.
Well, first of all I only read reliable news sources that report facts, and avoided news that makes me feel on edge. I also focus only on things I can control.
I read books or listen to music to distractmyself. Also, I didn’t forget to thank the people who are helping me to cope.
What did you then?
I exercised daily and get enough sleep each night. I also eat lotsof healthy food and drink plenty of water.
Every time I go outside, I make sure to follow social distancing guidelines.I avoid alcohol and drugs as much as possible.
