  • the meeting of the estates general, was meeting with the 3 estates, they were there too discuss the financial crisis.the 3rd estate was being mainly effected my the crisis, because of this the 3rd estate demanded that individual voting right, where each member would have a vote. this related to the french revolution because this is the first time the 3rd estate had started thinking about how they wanted a change. the so they started too make a change
  • the march to Versailles
  • there was a meeting at the hall of Versailles on June 20th, all 3 estates were supposed to be attending. well the king did not condone the actions of the national assembly, so he locked them out. when the representatives from the 3rd estate showed up, the soon realized they had been locked out of the meeting. they were furious they ended up going to too a tennis court and took a pledge claiming they would not leave until a written constitution had been established in France. this was huge step in the french revolution because things were starting too flow, a lot of people were mad and they were demanding change.
  • the reign of terror
  • on July 14th. 1789 the people of Paris went too the Bastille prison originally too gather weapons. this act started a revolutionary war, which really kicked of the revolution. things were starting to get real.
  • the rise of napoleon 
  • lets mach too Russia and take over. what could go wrong.
  • with the financial crisis still happening the breadprices went up and people were getting hungry. this made people very upset people women women because their children were starving. so 100's of women marched too Versailles demanding bread from the king. what ended up happening is that the king ended up coming with them, so that he could see how bad it really was in Paris.

  • after the king surrenders and France became a republic they still had issues. so Robespierre created an organization to protect it. he put a guillotine and cut off anyone head who didn't support the revolution and spoke badly about the republic. eventually this made people mad that he was just killing people all the time , so they killed him.

  • now that robespierre is gone Frances still having a financial crisis! so a general named Napoleon decides he going to step in and make himself emperor. he states to reform the government, along with taking over a lot of Europe with military success.
