- Northern Pole transformed the workplace to align with the governments restrictions. A 2 metre distance rule for workers and masks were introduced into the workplace to prevent spread.

- Hand washing station were implemented around the workplace. The hands, face, space rule was made apparent, with one way systems.

- Homeworking has allowed me to spend more time with my family and given me a better work life balance as I can do my work when it suits me.
- Initially homeworking was a compromise during lockdown, allowing staff to continue working to the best of their ability from home. We will continue flexible working as it provides many positives to both the company and the staff.

- Flexible working hours has allowed staff to enter and exit the workplace at any given time slot. This way of work will be continued after the pandemic.

- Regular contact with a psychologist has helped me both in and out of work, it has helped me stay focused and motivated.
- Northern Pole have noticed the significance of staff well-being and have decided to introduce a psychologist to offer on-going support.

- During lockdown, many people suffered with mental health issues. This highlighted the importance of supporting staff well-being.

- I am now able to work from home if it suits me, if not I can chose a time slot to come into the workplace and complete my work.
- Since the staff at Northern Pole have returned to the workplace, the changes implemented have had a positive impact on their life and well-being. A credits slide to end.
