- That evening, the family gathered in the sitting room, and Aneesi was asked to join them.After the conversation that took place, Aneesi didn't know who to blame anymore, she felt guilt for she had to put her father in this situation, therefore, she decided to leave.
- Dr. Jubeili gave Aneesi her the remaining pay for the days her father had worked, plus a large bonus.Before she gets in the car, Sitt Zeina approached her. Then, Iskandar drove Aneesi to a nearby town where she could get a taxi. Neither said a word on the way.
- When they arrived, Iskandar said a few things with a concerned look. Aneesi's reply was to serve for everything he's said. Then she climbed into the taxi, and got under way.
