- Well, it is true that the Philippines gained independence against occupations on July 4, 1946. The McDuffie Act also stated that the Philippine will gain its independence on July 4, 1945.

- Then, on 1963, Former President of the Philippines Diosdado Macapagal signed the Proclamation 110, that declares 12th of June to be the Independence day of Philippines.
