Süžeeskeem Tekst

  • Aditya, I'm afraid we cannot allow you in the school any more. The school has informed your parents to pay your fees, but they have not reached out to us.
  • We will not be allowing your child in school as the fees has not been paid.
  • Aditya heads home. He tells his parents of the earlier situation. They go and talk to the principal.
  • My family doesn't have enough money to pay the fees.
  • Aditya and his mother contact a lawyer to file a PIL. His mother feels that every child should have a right to education, poor or rich. She doesn't like the fact that to receive good and proper education, you have to pay a lot.
  • A PIL is the use of the law to advance human rights and equality, or raise issues of broad public concern. It helps advance the cause of minority or disadvantaged group of individuals.
  • We have seen that your son has not been allowed to attend school because you couldn't afford to pay the fee. We have read the PIL that you filed, and we come to the conclusion of reducing the fees of your son's school.
  • Finally, the fees of the school was drastically reduced, and Aditya was able to pay the fee, and was allowed to enter school again. This is one of the various reasons why PIL is a very important concept introduced in Indian society.
