Women In Society

In scene one,Women in society were usually seen in a kitchen,apart from that,Mom Lu had to make a living to take care of the children by opening a shop/bar in her kitchen.This shows that women in society have to be the breadwinners,especially when the father is absent.Scene two is the after math of the Social worker and Mom Luby coming back from her doing her evening duties.The social worker is confused as to how Mom Luby can do this much in such a short period of time.The theme is brought up again as Mom Luby gets alot done and most women are known as the mother of the community as they take care of everyone and it shows how strong and capable she is.The third and last scene shows when Mom Luby tried to get a well fare cheque and brought the kids along.The theme is once more brought out again as Mom Luby is not their mother,but because she cares for them as they were her children,she does the thing she does.Women in society are seen as those who will treat another's child as their own just out of love.
