  •  A person with a strong social wellness will help others achieve there goal or needs, inquire upon others, and build partnerships and relations with others. Ways to improve your social wellness is to take care of yourself, acknowledge your strengths, not judge others, being a good friend, taking responsibility for your own actions, and honoring your commitment. Relationships play a important role in social wellness. Having a relationship with another includes interacting face to face. A healthier relationship is in forced with you and the other person when dealing with issues. To maintain a good relationship you should have a positive attitude, be a good listener, being honest, reliable, being able to admit your mistakes, and respecting your differences and others authority. 
  • Stress is encountered by many people when with other people or at evens. You tend to feel mental or emotional tension because of these people or event. To deal with stress you should tell your self positive thoughts and that the stress will pass.You should focus on what matters and create a plan to move forward. When helping friends you should reassure them the stress will pass, be a good listener, help them understand some things are out of there control and help them create a plan. When dealing with stress many use a defense mechanisms or stress eat by eating to much or to little. Instead you should learn to control the stress and follow strategies. You should create a balance and get rid of a activity, be realistic, get a good nights sleep, make time for fun, treat yourself well, build positive relationships, be open-minded, and focus on your strengths.
