- Antony gives his speech at the funeral of Caesar and mentions how the people of Rome loved Caesar and now they cant even show him respect.
- AntonyBut yesterday the word of Caesar mightHave stood against the world. Now lies he there,And none so poor to do him reverence.(775).
- In his speech Antony says he has found the will of Caesar, but will not read it in fear the people of Rome will dip their handkerchiefs in his blood and beg for hair as remembrance

Kind souls, what weep you when you but behold Our Caesar's vesture wounded?"(778).
