- This is what mostly started WWl. This this is the assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand
- During World War I france was fighting germany by using trenches. The trenches went from the North Sea to belgium and France.
- on May 7, 1915 a German U boat sank a british ship called the Lusitania and around 1,000 people died that day.
- Because of the sinking of the lusitania the U.S. declared war on germany. Due to this uncle sam was created to encourage men to enter the war.
- Germany and the Allies signed the Treaty of Versailles ending all if World War l.
