- Leslie falls and hits her head

- Leslie does not survive the fall
- The next day Leslie goes to Jess's house and sees if he is there and if he wants to go to Terabithia with her but she can't find him so she goes by herself.
- Jess's dad tells Jess the news
- im sorry son Leslie fell and hit her head on a rock, she didn't make it

- While Leslie swings on the rope to get across to get to their treehouse she falls ad hits her head on a rock and falls into the river.
- Jess can't get over Leslie's death
- Why did this have to happen to Leslie
- Leslie tried to get control but she couldn't and she didn't survive the fall she took.
- Jess invites Maybell
- Maybelle welcome to Terabithia
- Jess's dad comes in Jess's room to tell the news and Jess can't believe what he had heard.
- Jess starts to cry and cry because Leslie was one true friend to hi and now shes gone forever.
- A few weeks later even though Jess was devastated he knew Leslie would want someone to take her place in Terabithia so he invites Maybell to take her place.
