- Enzyme: The baking sheet represents the enzyme because it is the transforming (baking) the cookies
- Substrate: The cookies represent substrate because they are being transformed or change.
- Enzyme-Substrate Complex: Represented by the cookies binding themselves with the heat of the oven in order for them to bake.
- Active Site: Represented by the steam coming out of the oven because that is where the cookies are baking.
- Product: The baked cookies represent the product because they are finished being transformed by the enzyme to form dessert! Yum!
