- At the beginning of the book, Police Dog and Officer Knight tried to stop Evil Petey's bomb. Police Dog told Officer Knight to cut the green wire but then he realized dogs are colorblind and the bomb exploded!

- So Dog Man buys the fish and gives it to the chief for his birthday. The chief accidentally spills Supa Brain Dots in his tank and the fish becomes an evil mastermind who joins forces with Petey to take over the world.

- Oh! It's the chief's birthday. Can you get him a fish at the pet store and make sure its not dead?
- Petey is in jail again but has a plan to escape. He draws a copy of himself on a piece of paper and pretends he has been crushed by a bulletin board. When the jail doctor takes Fake Petey to the hospital the real Petey escapes.
- Let me out of here! :(
- Petey starts zapping everyone in town with his love potion so Dog Man tries to stop him. He ends up in the museum with Petey, Flat Petey, and a dinosaur who has been sprayed with Obey Spray. Petey tells the dinosaur to destroy Dog Man, but the chief reminds Dog Man that the dinosaur is made of bones so Dog Man starts licking the dinosaur and the dinosaur starts laughing which undoes the effects of the spray. The dinosaur falls in love with Dog Man instead of killing him.
