Yeah, we have rights as consumers and the quality of the product, so this crib is not of acceptable quality and is against the rights where it has to be safe and match descriptions.
OMG! i just remembered about the Australian consumer law regarding products that we buy, see.
As consumers the products you purchase must be of acceptable quality, safe, match descriptions, have no hidden costs, meet any descriptions, have spare parts and repair facilities, If not you have the right to ask for a repair, refund and replacement as long as you have proof of purchase.
I didn't know that businesses also had legal rights
At least they are following their legal rights, but I think we should ask them to resolve this issue.
Well it says that they include product safety recalls, ensuring the employers are treated fairly and equally while still providing a safe environment. They are only able to hire employees that they feel are right for the job and social responsibilities.
As consumers we have the right to ask for a refund on this cot that doesn't follow the consumer laws.
We really should report this so that others don't make the same mistake next time and advise others to research the product before purchasing.
You're right. I can offer you a full refund using your receipt as proof of purchase.
