- A delivery man appears at his door and says he got a gift from Dyson. The man is surprised.

- The man opened the box and used the vacuum to clean the dirt. He is amazed at how well it works and feels relieved that he can now apologize to his wife.
- His wife heard the noise and went downstairs. She is surprised at how the vacuum could suck up all of the dirt and made the beige carpet look brand new.
