- Setting: Trap-ship IslandCharacters: Rainsford, Zaroff, Soldier1, Soldier 2, IvanConflict: Rainsford lands on an island after his boat breaks, he explores the island but comes across two soldiers and they tell him if he wants to leave the island he has to fight Zaroff to the death.
- Scene 4: Falling Action

- Rainsford meets 2 soldiers and they tell him that he has to fight this man called zaroff but little did they know that they had met before and had fought in the past.
- Scene 5: Resolution
- A BOAT!
- Rainsford sees a man that looks to be captured, and gets told that he has to fight him to survive.
- Scene 6: Theme
- A random man came up to him and tried to kill him but after Rainsford got rid of both of the men, the soldiers let him go, So Rainsford wondered around while being injured. He wondered why they made him kill someone.
- Rainsford found a boat and quickly tried to leave the island. He was ashamed of what he did to another human being.
- The theme in this story is courage and perseverance. This is the theme because even though Rainsford's boat broke he still kept going and even when 2 men attacked him he still tried his best to survive.
