- Hello everyone! Today, I will be doing an interview with a scientist, Theophrastus!
- Hello sir Theophrastus! My name is Alexie and I'd like to give out some questions to you for my assignment, would you mind?
- I'd be honored to! I will provide you with any knowledge you'll need.
- This will be quite a lot. What was one of the famous book you've created about plants? How did you classify plants? What did you detect that made you realize climate and soil are important to plants?
- Well one of the books was Enquiry into plants and On the causes of plant. I classified plants by trees, shrubs, under shrubs, and herbs based on their habitat, form, and texture. Germination processes showed how climate and sooil impacts the plants.
- Wow! What great achievements you've made sir Theophrastus. No wonder you are named as Father of Botany.
